It’s time to report some sad news. Ben Shapiro is no longer America’s Worst Law Student™. Final exams for third year students at Harvard Law School ended on May 10. Soon Ben will have to begin his life’s calling, perhaps as America’s Worst Lawyer™, perhaps as America’s Worst Judge™, but most likely as yet another wingnut welfare recipient.
Of course, Ben couldn’t leave Harvard Law School without embarrassing the Harvard faculty and his fellow students yet again with another preposterous column at Clown Hall. According to that column:
House Democrats are currently pursuing policies that would criminalize religious thought and crack down on political speech. On May 3, House Democrats voted to create extra penalties and additional investigatory funding for crimes committed against gays . . .
Apparently beating the shit out of gays qualifies, in Ben’s mind at least, as “religious thought” and “political speech.” In Ben’s view, stabbing a gay man to death isn’t a hate crime; it’s a First Amendment right.
Please, God, don’t let this moron anywhere near a courtroom.
